"Maquisardes" is first a beautiful song of Patrick Bernardini (music) and Ettori Maga (words) in honor of Danielle Casanova, by his courage became the icon of the resistance of Corsican women during World War II . It is also the soundtrack of a short film shown at Cannes Festival in 2011, under the Short Film Corner, out of competition, "March of the Child King", which tells the story of two times maquisardes Modern participating in demonstrations to prevent the installation of a biotechnology laboratory in Corsica. Robin Renucci, Roland Magdane, Patrick Chesnais, Adam and Evelyne Francis Lalanne and many other artists have assisted in the shooting. In "Maquisardes", the music video from the movie, Ettori Maga, the director, must tell the same story but in less than 4 minutes. He therefore chose to isolate one from version "feature" of the accident Maria Paoli. where the girl falls into a coma and travel in a dream between his own life and history of maquisardes during World War II. This film is the result of the passion of a group of "movie freaks" led by Sylvain Ettori. It was he who invited me to be the interpreter of "Maquisardes" ... Here is the link to watch the clip:

After the Corsicans and me You fly away, I'm not surprised that you played such a beautiful song. A tribute to the Corsican women, it is resistant to magic but more, for once, is that you are seen in a music video. I'm sure your blue eyes at the end of the melt has Maquisardes the hearts of many women. I must say that you have the voice, you have the words but you also have a physical. So I would like to pay tribute to this film that has sublimated the one who for so lontemps sublime poetry.

To those who see Yves Duteil as the eternal troubadour of his youth, I suggest songs like The Other Side, the Tibetan, and now Grandfather Yitzhak Maquisardes. Convictions but also of the class. This song like dozens and dozens of other Yves Duteil shows the sensitivity of the artist, his (en) agility. Ok, ok, I'm a fan. And where's the harm? I see that's it. This staging of Maga Ettori illuminates the immense talent as a performer of Yves. And the fan begins to dream: Mr. Duteil then cinema is when?
