The Belgians are warm wonderful people. I have always thought and I often go to Belgium enjoy a "American" and share the largesse of soul which emanates from the people of the north with a big heart. J'ai assisté à pas mal de concert d'Yves en 26 ans dont la plupart en Province de Liège (tiens 26 ans ce doit être l'année de l'autre victoire du Standart en championnat de Belgique). J'ai pu voir Yves au moins 4 fois à Verviers, au moins 4 fois à Liège, à Aubel, à Spa, à Herve, à Banneux, je me souviens aussi d'un superbe concert avec des enfants (et je venais d'être maman) en plein air sur la magnifique Grand Place de Bruxelles en septembre 1991 pour la fête de la Communuté Française de Belgique (fête de « notre langue belle »). C'est vrai qu'Yves est toujours très chaleureusement accueilli en Belgique…Ces premiers succès, je le rappelle, c'est en 1974 au festival de la chanson française à Spa, pas loin de Verviers…
Je n'aime pas le foot mais j'avais 14 ou 15 ans lors de l'avant dernière victoire du Standart, c'est l'âge où j'ai découvert Yves et sa poésie. Cette année, je me suis promenée dans les rues de Liège le 6 mai,la ville et la Province recevaient l'équipe du Standart, il y avait une de ces ambiances conviviales et bon-enfant dans la ville, comme seule Liège en a le secret…J'ai rencontré lors du concert de Voulzy, pendant les fêtes de Wallonie à Liège, une française des Alpes de Hautes Provence très sensible à cette ambiance particulière…
Ma salle préférée en Belgique reste cependant celle de Verviers, (j'y suis née) Yves y reçoit toujours un superbe accueil, c'est assez magique. Il s'agit d'un petit théâtre du 19ième siècle construit lors de la richesse de la ville au moment de la révolution industrielle et de l'essor de l'industrie lainière. C'est une superbe salle. Je n'y étais pas ce 2 mars car à cette date, je profitais des sommets enneigés et j'exerçais mon rôle de citoyenne en France (c'était la semaine avant les municipales). Yves doit se souvenir de la soirée du 10 décembre 2006 à Verviers, il faisait assez froid dans la salle (depuis que ce n'est plus « l'intervapeur », a expliqué un échevin, un de nos amis, dans la loge d'Yves), sa guitare se désaccordait sans cesse, heureusement, la chaleur se dégageait du public…
Je tiens à dire qu'il n'ya pas que les belges qui sont chaleureux, nous avons été très bien accueillis dans les Hautes-Alpes (ce n'est pourtant pas toujours la réputation des Hauts Alpins), il est vrai que beaucoup d'habitants viennent de partout en France, ils se sont installées là car ils sont comme nous tombés sous le charme de cette petite vallée de montagnes, mais même les anciens nous avaient aussi bien reçus…Les préjugés parfois…

pour le journal télévisé de la RTB je ne sais pas , mais ce que que je sais c'est que Yves sera ce soir à l'enregistrement de l'émission Bonnie and Clyde qui sera diffusée ce 1er juin.
j'y suis invitée avec ma fille Agathe et on se réjouit vu que jamais nous n'avons assister à un enregistrement…

Through training organized by the municipal administration of Seneffe (Belgium) I was able to appendre me use this fabulous tool that is the computer.
In 61 years everything happens ... ..
But never, ever imagined I would have felt a year ago, to be here, so close to the artist I admire for so many years.
Able to write to him, possibly have an answer, be kept informed of its concerts, its passages in Belgium and it in no time, even in a dream I never would have thought.
At the risk of fossil, I knew the phone to handle the early days of television,
the first Sputnik, the first man on the moon, the beginning of Brel and Adamo, the launch of the ship "France", the 2 CV and I still marvel at what can I learn from a passage in your blog.
It is also the computer that allowed me through the information collected on the blog, to attend the concert you gave for seniors (most senior) of Charleroi.
I could see well in the eyes of our elders (and mine) tears of joy listening to your wonderful songs and it's not the cough of my seatmate (senior bonds) that ruined my pleasure.
So I will take Mr. Duteil this opportunity to thank you for the happy moments that made you go through your songs.
Hope to see you soon in our beautiful country.

Le plus bel héritage qu'il m'ait laissé, c'est la force de repenser toute idée reçue et de ne jamais hésiter à se remettre en question. Vivre et évoluer avec son temps. There are about fifteen years, I offered him a laptop, it was like a kid. This is a great strength and c'esst only to apply. If not all escapes us.
All that to say that I admire people like Micheline Bong, who did not hesitate to take the plunge of the Internet era and get "page." Bravo.
Sincerely hope that Yves will not stop in so good way and we do still full of gems like (fr) agile. We eagerly await the next "turn".

C'est en séjournant une très (trop) courte semaine dans votre beau pays, du 13 au 20 mai, que j'ai pu me procurer votre dernier album, et je dois dire qu'il me tardait de l'écouter dès mon retour au Québec. Depuis, il ne cesse de jouer dans mon lecteur et je ne me lasse pas d'entendre ces pièces empreintes de sincérité et de ce petit supplément d'âme qui, à mes yeux, vous distingue de la majorité des artistes.
Mais au-delà de la beauté des chansons, ce qui m'a touché le plus c'est de lire que vous aviez douté de vous pendant toutes ces années de silence sur disque. Seuls les véritables artistes sont capables d'une telle honnêteté. Vous ne saurez jamais l'émotion que vous avez déclenchée en moi lorsque j'ai lu cela sur le livret. Quel bel exemple d'intégrité et d'humilité dont devrait s'inspirer bien des décideurs!
Je ne sais la nature du désemparement qui vous a habité durant cette période, mais si le doute a été aussi profond que je le suspecte, il a sans doute été aussi nourrissant pour la période de gestation qui a précédé ce magnifique album. Félix dirait sans doute : C'est de la belle ouvrage! Et il aurait bien raison!
Je vous remercie, Yves, de nous avoir offert un nouvel album. Il était attendu, certes, mais je peux vous dire que l'attente valait la peine.

Pour la première fois je vais t'écrire sur le blog, mais la soirée d'hier à Laon, m'a tellement émue que je tenais à te remercier du fond du coeur pour ce beau concert. Tu nous as prévenus qu'il était le dernier sous cette forme et on a senti que tu savourais chaque instant. Tu interprétais chaque chanson avec une infinie tendresse comme si tu voulais nous les offrir dans leur meilleure version avant de les ranger jusqu'au prochain spectacle!!!
La salle était sous le charme, conquise par ta sensibilité, ta simplicité, ton authenticité et cette faculté que tu as pour mettre les mots justes sur les sentiments…Tu es vraiment un grand ARTISTE!!!
Nous avons voyagé dans ton univers musical à travers tes chansons d'hier et d'aujourd'hui, avec un plaisir immense. Comment fais-tu pour transmettre tant d'émotions à ton public?

Enfin, ai-je presque envie de dire… depuis le temps, tout ce temps où il est sorti de bonne choses dans la chanson française, mais parfois je regrette un peu le manque de tendresse, la manque de vie dans les chansons.
A l'air du cd, les pochettes sont certes moins belles que celles d'antan, je me souviens avoir possédé un magnifique album autant par les chansons que par sa mise en forme. Il y avait dessus notamment « le petit pont de bois ».
C'est une peu dommage, mai il faut bien vivre avec son temps.
Je viens d'écouter quelques extrait des chansons sur ton nouvel album, j'adhère totalement…
Je souhaite longue vie à ce nouvel album.
Je me suis permise de mettre une petite annonce sur mon forum avec ce blog en lien, afin de faire savoir que tu as sorti un nouveau cd.

Ca doit vous fatiguer un peu, non ?
Bien sûr, la gentillesse vous caractérise. Mais si elle représente une de vos grandes qualités, elle ne vous résume pas.
Nous qui vous apprécions depuis parfois très longtemps (près de 35 ans pour ma part), nous savons bien que vous êtes bien plus que le « gentil troubadour » qui chante de jolies farandoles… et je me réjouis de savoir que certains vont avoir envie de mieux vous connaître, ainsi que vos chansons.

Parent d'élève du collège Boris Vian, je souhaite remercier encore une fois Yves Duteil pour le magnifique après-midi, si chargé d'émotions, passé en sa compagnie ce samedi à Talant. J'ai l'espoir que cette rencontre avec un artiste aussi authentique marquera profondément les enfants présents. Qu'ils comprendront qu'il ya beaucoup plus important dans la vie que les strass et les paillettes qui semblent devenir les seules valeurs véhiculées par un univers médiatique bien mal en point ….
Je vais de ce pas partir en quête de ce nouvel album « (Fr)agiles » dont j'ignorais l'existence et attends avec impatience un prochain concert dans la région dijonnaise.

J'ai découvert votre album « La langue de chez nous » il ya peu de temps et je dois dire que c'est un plaisir et un réconfort d'entendre d'aussi belles chansons.
On doit vous le dire souvent, mais je trouve que vous avez une voix magnifique! Grave tout en restant très douce, elle nous berce et c'est agréable de se laisser emporter.
Je veux vous dire merci pour toutes ses chansons si belles (et mes coups de coeur sont « Fany », « Jonathan », « le Cirque » et évidemment « La langue de chez nous ».

Hier fut une bien belle journée, vous voir a la television , ce qui est quand meme assez rare, en plus en belgique, et ou l'on a eu droit a, en prime, un très joli medley…
Et puis,…ce disque, … oui, j'en parle depuis plusieurs moi a mon entourage, enfait il faut dire que depuis que je vous ecoute beaucoup, je n'ai jamais vu sortir un nouvel album studio, vous imaginez mon impatience… evidemment, je connaissait deja bien , chaque morceau, mais ici, avec cette magnifique pochette (encore une chose dont nous prive le telechargement)..j'adore les photos, surtout, une , pour « ou vis tu pauline », je crois…
Pour le moment, la Belgique vous rend de très beaux hommages bien mérités…

J'ai l'impression à vous lire de retrouver un peu ce moment magique de mes quatorze ans, lorsque je découvrais « Mélancolie » « La maison de Normandie », « Petite fille », « Soleil sur l'agenda »…Et puis mon achat des autres albums et tant d'autres moments tout aussi magiques : « J'attends », « Virages », « En te quittant », « Il me manquait toujours », « Le mur de la prison d'en face »…
Puis d'un nouvel album celui du « Parc Monceau »…
Il n'ya que les chansons d'Yves qui peuvent provoquer un tel émoi lorsqu'on les découvre pour la première fois…Et après, je vous préviens, elles ne vous quittent plus, c'est pour la vie…

Je n'ai pas vu l'émission (pas de petite lucarne chez moi), mais pourquoi diable ne peut-on pas être gentil sans être taxé de gnangnan ? En gros, on préfère quand même dans la vie de tous les jours avoir affaire à des gens aimables, respectueux, sympa, non ? Par contre, dès qu'on est dans les médias, ça devient fleur bleue et ringard. Etre gentil n'est pas être mou et béni-oui-oui. Etre gentil (mais c'est vrai que ce mot a quelque chose de péjoratif), ça rend heureux. Et inversement. Yves en est une belle preuve. Alors, soyons ringards, fleur bleue et tout et tout !

Je suis impressionnée par leurs gentillesses et il me sera difficile de trouver les mots qui n'ont pas encore été dit.

Vous écouter nous raconter votre perception du
monde avec votre musique et vos mots restent un plaisir….c'est dit…
Yves est un grand ami et un poète qui donne non seulement avec son regard, mais avec son coeur….c'est dit…

Que votre épouse Noëlle a eu mille fois raison de vous booster à nous réaliser un nouvel album et que pour nous tous c'est le plus beau des cadeaux…ça c'est certainement dit, mais je le redis encore et encore.
Elle mérite donc bien les merveilleuses chansons qui lui sont dédiées.
Ce nouvel album est une merveille parmi les merveilles que l'on ne se lasse pas d'écouter.
Nous avons tous au fond du cœur une Madame (ou un Monsieur) Sévilla.
La mienne s'appelle Mademoiselle Charlotte Valette et grâce à vous, son souvenir est remonté à la surface de ma mémoire.
A la lecture de ce blog, je mesure mieux la place que vous tenez dans le cœur de ceux qui vous aiment depuis tant d'années.
Que cet amour vous aide donc à poursuivre le chemin de la composition pour nous ravir à nouveau dans le futur.

Ce matin, je suis arrivée chez mon meilleur ami avec, sous le bras, l'intégral de Monsieur Duteil. Ce coffret lui avait été volé il ya quinze ans, je voulais le lui retrouver depuis longtemps et grâce à Yves et Noëlle, j'ai pu lui faire ce cadeau auquel je tenais particulièrement.
Quand mon ami l'a eu en main et m'a dit « ouais, c'est celui-là que j'avais » les larmes me sont montées aux yeux devant cette joie.
MERCI MERCI et MERCI Yves et Noëlle, grâce à vous deux, j'ai vécu un moment sublime. C'est ça la magie Duteil!
En ce mois de juillet plutôt pluvieux en Belgique la perspective d'un rayon de soleil n'est pas à refuser. En effet, ce matin j'ai réservé des places pour le concert du 25/9 de Lille.
Seneffe-Lille, la distance n'est pas bien longue et ce sera pour nous l'occasion de passer une journée (et une soirée) chez les Ch'tis.
Pour mon mari (depuis 41ans) ce rendez-vous sera une première, mais cher Yves vous n'aurez pas grand-peine à le séduire car il connaît par la force des choses vos chansons. Je suis sûr qu'il ne sera pas déçu.
Dans la perspective de cette belle soirée, je vous souhaite un beau mois d'août.

That's it! Je l'ai ! Pas trop tôt me direz-vous… Mais, même en France pendant mes vacances, pas moyen de trouver le CD dans les grandes surfaces. N'est-il donc disponible qu'à la FNAC ?
Le cd est à la hauteur des attentes, de ce que les extraits et le concert avaient annoncé…
Juste une petite remarque concernant les textes des chansons sur le livret (c'est la maniaque du français qui parle) : il ya des accords de participes passés un peu « négligés », dirons-nous… Dommage, mais ça ne s'entend pas à l'écoute !

A l'heure ou les jeux de la honte commencent devant la souffrance d'un peuple j'écoute une de vos chanson en boucle « LA TIBETAINE », je vois les images sur mon écran des soldats là-bas des marches pour la liberté d'un peuple qui se terminent par de la violence.. alors comment pourrais-je être heureuse devant mon écran en voyant tout ça ?
Mon cher Yves vous l'humain au grand coeur et qui soutenait le tibet depuis tant d'années vous me comprendrez en lisant ce message.

Merci à vous pour les bons souvenirs que j'ai de mon enfance (j'ai 26 ans). Mes parents m'avaient acheté le 33 tours blanc avec de beaux dessins (à l'aquarelle je pense) avec notamment « La Maman d'Amandine » ou alors « La puce et le pianiste » et j'en passe bien sûr toutes plus belles les unes que les autres! Je suis à mon tour maman et je n'ai trouvé de plus belles musiques que les vôtres. Alors je vais bientôt acheter ce double CD sur les chansons pour les enfants car je pense que ce n'est pas cher de mettre 20€ dans l'achat de si belles musiques. Et oui, comme vous le dites, merci à Internet car sans votre blog (que j'ai découvert ce soir-même en cherchant ce CD) j'aurais dû me déplacer et commander ces CD… pour une maman c'est toujours plus pratique de commander par Internet!
J'espère que ma fille pourra chanter avec moi toutes ces jolies mélodies. Je les connaissais toutes par cœur à l'époque…
Ce qui est bien avec vos chansons pour les enfants c'est qu'elles ne prennent pas les enfants pour des débiles et sont vraiment entraînantes parfois, tendres souvent, drôles (j'adore) et tellement réalistes à la fois (elles ne cachent pas la dure réalité de la vie; comme le divorce « La Maman d'Amandine » ou l'alcool « John » par exemple, des thèmes que vous abordez légèrement). Cela met du baume au cœur et ma foi, c'est ce qu'il nous faut quand on est enfant et qu'on ne comprend pas toujours le monde des « grands ».
Bref, j'arrête là. J'espère découvrir votre nouvel album bientôt! J'ai vu que vous passez pas loin de chez moi dans deux jours… j'espère que le public sera chaleureux et saura bien vous accueillir. Dommage, avec mon petit bout de chou de deux mois je ne pourrai malheureusement pas être de la partie mais ce serait avec plaisir que j'irai vous voir à l'occasion d'une prochaine tournée!

– je viens souvent sur le blog pour prendre de vos nouvelles et elles étaient nombreuses avec le spectacle au DEJAZET
– je prends beaucoup de plaisir à lire les divers articles élogieux qui vous sont attribués et souvent je me dis « pas besoin d'ajouter quoi que ce soit tout est dans ces divers écrits » Il m'arrive de sourire en pensant à une des phrases d'une chanson d'YVES dans laquelle il dit qu'il faut faire attention de ne pas attraper la grosse tête, avec vous pas de danger, elle reste bien normalement accrochée sur vos épaules et on vous aime pour cela aussi
– MERCI aussi pour le CD et le spectacle vu en avant -première à AIX – nous en parlons encore avec mon mari ALAIN et espérons éprouver à MAUSSANE les ALPILLES fin janvier l'immense bonheur de vous voir heureux sur scène

Je vous ai vu lors de la soirée à QUEBEC je vous ai vu dans l'émission diffusée le 1er novembre que j'ai enregistrée car je ne pouvais la regarder en direct et où Michel DRUCKER fait référence à votre chanson « LA LANGUE DE CHEZ NOUS » et dans le VIVEMENT DIMANCHE de Serge LAMA devant lequel je sommeillais quand n'ayant pas écouté les propos de Michel DRUCKER j'ai soudain réalisé que vous étiez à l'écran (c'est dire l'intéret porté à cette telé!!) puis il y eut la pub sur Nostalgie pour le coffret 1O1 chansons que je vais me faire offrir évidemment et que nous savourerons avec mon mari – tout cela pour vous dire que vous entendre sur scène comme nous l'avons fait quatre fois, vous imaginer au DEJAZET et lire les commentaires sur ce blog sont devenus plus importants que vos apparitions télé – j'ai l'impression comme ce soir en vous écrivant, d'être avec des amis que je connaitrais depuis longtemps et c'est le cas depuis votre message du 21 MAI 2OO7 lançant votre blog
Je vais terminer en vous disant comme beaucoup, qu'avec la douceur de vos chansons vous posez du baume sur les douleurs de la vie et que dernièrement je rentrais chez nous après avoir rendu visite à ma mère malade d'ALZHEIMER, je redescendais sur TOULON en conduisant sur autoroute avec un de vos CD qui me berçait de mots apaisants, si apaisants que je me suis rendu compte que cela devenait dangereux car je ne faisais pas assez attention à la conduite, je vous ECOUTAIS!!! et oui c'est devenu tellement rare quand on met la radio ou d'autres que vous dans l'auto radio – alors attention AMIS, si vous avez le coeur lourd écoutez YVES dans votre fauteuil ou votre lieu de réconfort favori mais pas au volant… IL EST DANGEREUX!!!!
ENCORE MERCI YVES et MERCI NOELLE – reposez vous tous les deux bien que la mairie, la famille et tant d'autres choses occupent nos journées – prenez soin de vous – AMITIES SINCERES
Vu ce soir Yves en concert à Bourg Les Valence. Un spectacle magnifique, des moments bouleversants « Où vis tu Pauline? », « Madame Sevilla », « Dreyfus », « Pour que tu ne meures pas » et une version trés réussie de « Virages » (ma chanson préférée d'Yves qui en 72 avait une orchestration très différente). Après le spectacle, ce que je ne fais jamais, j'ai été aux dédicaces, j'ai surtout en attendant mon tour écouté tous ces témoignages d'admiratrices, j'ai trouvé que Yves Duteil sorti de scène était un homme très disponible, d'une grande chaleur humaine (déjà démontrée sur scène), mais par pudeur, je lui ai juste demandé une dédicace et remercié pour le spectacle, les personnes autour de moi avaient déjà tout dit et mieux que j'aurais pu le faire.

Un petit message pour vous dire que toute petite, il ya une vingtène d'année, je fredonnais avec mes cousins, cousines et ma soeurs vos chansons à plein coeur et aujourd'hui c'est à mes deux jeunes fils que je fais découvrir vos mélodies si touchantes.
Je ré-écoute notamment « pour les enfants du monde entier » différemment aujourd'hui (peut-être plus profondément) mais toujours avec autant d'émotion qu'à ma première écoute…
